Last Wills and Testaments

Without a Will, your estate will be distributed according to North Carilina intestate succession laws. Creating a will clearly indicates your wishes for the distributon of your estate.

Durable Powers of Attorney (POA)

A Power of Attorney can serve many roles; it can allow your spouse (or any competent adult you designate) to act on your behalf in the event you are away during an emergeny, you are incapacitated and unable to sign documents or you are otherwise unable to act upon your affairs.

Health Care Powers of Attorney (HCPOA)

A HCPOA only becomes effective in the event that you are unable to make health care decisions on your own due to serious illness, incapacity, accident or other similar circumstance. This powerful document allows your designee to make your heath care decisions for you according to terms indicated in your Health Care Power of Attorney.

Declarations of Desire for a Natural Death (Living Will)

Your Living Will provides certain instructions in the event of a terminal illness and imminent death, both clearly indicating your wishes at the end of life and making it unnecessary for your family to make the most difficult of decisions.
